Easy modeling, focused on photorealistic rendering. Background taken in my livingroom.

Modeled and rendered in 3D Studio Max, with Vray. HDRi (lighting&reflections) taken with a small light probe, actually some random christmas ornament. Color correction done in Photoshop.

Here I've taken a soldier from the game Half Life 2, put him in a 3ds max scene lit by HDRi lightning, rendered, given some final touches in Photoshop.

PS: Only the soldier is CG, the background image is a photograph.
